Dr. Jhalak Deb Roy is an Ophthalmologist from Assam well versed in procedures involving Phacoemulsification, Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS), Glaucoma, Oculoplasty, Medical Retina and Contact lenses. Dr. Roy has been providing eye care services in Silchar city, since 2002.
